HOW CAN I HELP? Program volunteers are always needed, as well as financial assistance. ACES is funded by private donors, small businesses, corporations and foundations.
Without the help of our caring supporters, we would not be able to continue to provide our vital Free Enterprise educational programs to the students, teachers and general public in the community.

Pennsylvania Business Week Be a Business Advisor
What makes Pennsylvania Business Week unique is the partnering of business mentors and teachers to assist
students in running their companies in the classroom. Men and women from the business community volunteer one week of their time to serve as advisors. Each student
company is assigned a business advisor and educator to offer guidance and assistance during the week. Business advisors play the most important role in Pennsylvania
Business Week. Not only do they serve as role models for the students, they enjoy a special bond with the students and educators that develops
throughout the week. The business advisor helps guide the students and educator throughout the entire program as advisor, coach, and friend. Students are discouraged from asking
advisors to make their decisions for them; advisors teach students how to make good decisions based on math, science, information and logic by simply asking the right questions at the right time.
Speakers Needed Businesses are encouraged to support Pennsylvania Business Week by providing guest speakers. These speakers make presentations to the students throughout the week on a
variety of topics. Topics include, but are not limited to, Business Ethics, Fundamentals of the Stock Market, Money/Banking and Capital Investments, Presentation Skills, Marketing and Advertising, and the like.
Judge Student Presentations
Pennsylvania Business Week culminates in five
competitions on each Friday of a program: Advertising/Marketing, Trade Show, Return on Net Assets, Stockholders Presentation and Top Company. Judges experienced in accounting, advertising, banking and
related fields set the standards in student competitions.
